Many of us who serve others can find it difficult to prioritize our own wellness. This is an opportunity for us to relax into layers of support, practice receiving, and deepen into our healing.
Somatic Healing and Somatic Support Circles are small groups for
- peer support,
- embodied healing,
- nervous system health,
- and conscious connection.
Healing circles include a monthly gathering, optional trades, and require a 3-month commitment in support of safe, intimate containers. Each month we work with a theme to explore ways to deepen our healing practices and skills to support embodiment, nervous system wellness, and emotional well-being.
Eureka Springs area residents: $127 for 3-months, $224 for 6-months
